As part of the fellowship I am based in a remote rural area,where I have been working with the community for 5 months now. I am working on: 1. Bringing Electricity to the village- Through Solar Power. 2. Rejuvenating the partially shut government school. 3. Getting the district administration to pass a road for the village. To stay with the community I have learnt to read, write and speak Odiya fluently. I am on my way towards learning the Tribal language- Saura, which is a very beautiful sing-song language.
