Help Make Jagannath's New Hands!

Dear Devotees,

Hare Krishna! Jaya Jagannath!

Since the past 2 years, a few devotees from ISKCON Seshadripuram - Sri Jagannath Mandir have had a desire to see Lord Jagannath bedecked with Golden ornaments.

To fulfill that desire, We spent months scouring the entire Bangalore City to find a suitable Karighar (Deity Artist) who could help make arms for our Lord at a Lower cost.

After Months of Searching and Bargaining, We found Chetan Prabhu, a staunch devotee of Narasimhadeva, who understood that our mood is only to serve Lord Jagannath, and hence He agreed to make these hands for Lord Jagannath at a fraction of the cost of which others would charge.

Now, Chetan Prabhu has finished making the hands and accessories for Jagannath and we have to Plate them in Gold and to do so we Need 25 Grams of Gold (for 2 Micron Gold Plating) and apart from that, there is a Plating & Lacquering charge of Rs.26,000 (Fixed) so that it lasts for at least 40 Years without any damage.

By the mercy of Lord Jagannath, We have managed to Arrange enough funds for Making these beautiful Hands, Now it is your opportunity to Coat them in Gold! :)

Our costs are:
1. 25 Grams Gold (2900*25) = Rs.72,500
2. Lacquering and Plating = Rs.26,000

Total: 98,500.
