I’ve been part of U&I’s Teach program, a movement that isn’t just about teaching children—it’s about creating ripple effects that transform their lives. Sure, we focus on personalized tutoring, building libraries, and offering counseling and career readiness. But it’s not just after-school tutoring; it’s about equipping our students with the tools to rewrite their own futures.

Now here’s where it gets personal: I’ve seen it. I’ve been there when a shy student found their voice or when a child mastered a concept that seemed impossible weeks before. These aren’t just statistics; they’re moments. And they remind me why I’m part of this.

For 13 years, we’ve been empowering kids from under-served communities in 42 cities, proving that when you invest in one child, you don’t just change their life—you change a generation.
