Vedic Gurukul fully residential free education

  Vedic Gurukula:

Veda Gurukula primarily emphasize on learning of vedas under the classical tradition of guru-shishya parampara where the knowledge is imparted through the developing relationship between the guru and the disciple. Ultimately, the student not only gains proficiency with the subject but as well imbibe the virtues and values from his guru.

Apart from the Vedas, the gurukula further believes in preparing the student for the contemporary world. English, Computers, Agricultural practices including animal husbandry are other electives for the students apart from Yoga and Indian art forms. Today as the world affirms on sustainability, we embrace it wholeheartedly in nurturing a sustainable lifestyle. Situated in the lustrous green meadows of the Western ghats, we engage students with first hand experience in agriculture with a focus on organic farming and Gau seva. 

The students who secure admission in gurukula, are provided with fellowships in the form of food and accommodation. With no admissions fee or any sort of tuition fees, we firmly believe in benevolence and constantly seek for patronage. After spending a period of 5 years, the student is well versed in the subject domain equivalent to a Master degree holder. 

Budget Breakup:

• Well equipped residential complex ( Environment friendly) :  80%
• Food and other amenities for 10 students :  10 %
• Remuneration to the Guru ( Annual ) :  10%

The success in making a new approach in spreading the Indian heritage and culture has to be achieved not only through inspiration but mostly through perseverance. Unnati has a vision, a dream of preserving Indian art and culture, and to fulfill the dream, we need your hands and encouragement.
