About the Fundraiser

Hi everyone,

I’m Vartika Singh, an 18-year-old student at Delhi University. Ever since I stepped into college, I’ve been driven by one goal to challenge myself, learn fearlessly, and represent young voices from India on global platforms.

This February, I’ve been selected as a delegate for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) 2026 Conference, to be held from February 6–8, 2026, at Harvard University’s Boston Campus — a dream destination for any student who aspires to learn, lead, and create change.

Why This Opportunity Matters

The HPAIR Harvard Conference is one of the world’s most prestigious student-led events, connecting exceptional university students, policymakers, and changemakers from around the world.

For me, it’s a chance to gain hands-on exposure in global problem-solving, develop leadership and analytical skills, and learn directly from people who are shaping the future of business, governance, and innovation.

Over the past year, I’ve worked hard to grow through every challenge that came my way:

  • Ranked in the Top 1% among 2,500 participants at the IIT Delhi Case Competition.
  • Became a National Finalist at the B-Plan and Research Writing Competition at SRCC.
  • Earned certifications from Goldman Sachs (Risk Management) and Boston Consulting Group (Consultancy).
  • Currently serve as part of the Youth Climate Impact Community – Delhi, contributing to youth-led sustainability discussions.

These experiences shaped me into someone who not only dreams big but also works relentlessly to turn those dreams into reality.

Why I Need Your Support

Last year, I was also selected for HPAIR 2025 Tokyo, but I couldn’t attend because of financial constraints. It was heartbreaking to be chosen and still have to let go of the opportunity I worked so hard for.

This time, I’ve been given a second chance — to represent India at Harvard University’s Boston Campus — and I’m determined not to let it slip away again.

However, the cost of airfare, visa, and conference registration is more than I can cover alone, which is why I’m humbly reaching out for your support.

How Your Contribution Will Help

Your contribution will directly help me fund:

✈️ Airfare (Delhi ↔ Boston) – ₹90,000

Conference registration fee – ₹40,000

Visa & processing costs – ₹10,000

Total goal: ₹1,25,000 (≈ US $1,500)

I’ve started saving on my own, but I need help to bridge the remaining gap and make this dream a reality.

How You’ll Be Part of My Journey

By supporting me, you’ll not only help me attend the conference but also empower me to create a ripple effect of opportunity.

I promise to:

Share regular updates before, during, and after HPAIR about the learnings your support made possible.

Host a student session at Delhi University to guide peers on applying for international opportunities and funding.

Bring back insights from global leaders to strengthen youth-led entrepreneurship and sustainability efforts in India.

Transparency & Credibility

Join Me in This Journey

This isn’t just about attending a conference — it’s about standing for every student who dreams of reaching Harvard but stops because of financial barriers. With your help, I’ll not only carry my story but also the voice of countless young Indians who believe that ambition and hard work should never be limited by circumstance.

Every contribution, every share, and every kind message brings me closer to Harvard University’s Boston campus and one step closer to bringing that learning back home.

Thank you for believing in me and for helping turn this dream into reality.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Vartika Singh
