My Baby Aarav Battles For His Life And We Need Your Support To Save Him

The last thing the parents want is to watch their little baby on a hospital bed battling between life & death.
Please provide a helping hand in the treatment of a little baby ARAV, as this is an urgent need for all those who are seeing this fundraiser.

Bhavya and her husband were blessed with a gorgeous baby boy after years of marriage. They were overjoyed with the baby's arrival. Alas! It didn't last long. Only days out in the world, Arav was suffering from immense pain in his lower abdomen. When they took him for a checkup, Bhavya and her husband discovered that he was suffering from rare Caroli syndrome. This condition can lead to liver failure and polycystic kidney disease.

Caroli disease is a rare congenital disorder characterized by multifocal, segmental dilatation of intrahepatic bile ducts. Patients with Caroli disease who have recurrent bouts of biliary infection, particularly those who also have complications may require liver transplantation.

Baby Arav is currently undergoing treatments at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre. Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre is a NABH-accredited tertiary care hospital, inside NH Health City, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore.

Arav’s Father works as a helper to Mason, earning around Rs.20,000 per month, which is spent on medicines, and repaying loans that he had taken for Arav’s treatment.

The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment. But as per the doctor, Arav needs hospital visits every three months and medications which are specified. He may need a liver transplant too. All of these will cost around Rs.25,00,000 which is impossible for them to afford.
