Enable Swami Supradiptananda of Ramakrishna Mission to Attend this Educational Program in Finland
Swami Supradiptananda is one of the school principals from India set to visit Finland for learning the key aspects of Finland's educational policies that has led Finland to becomea globally acknowledged educational success. Swami Supradiptananda, who serves as the Principal of Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, has dedicated his life to service as a Sanyasi.
Why should you contribute?
In the year 1893, Swami Vivekananda shook the world with his historic speech at the World's Parliament of Religions in Chicago. The speech would go on to inspire and empower people for centuries after it was first delivered. However, very few people know the challenges faced by Swami Vivekananda to bring his trip to Chicago a reality. Swami Vivekananda's trip was funded by a set of his devotees whose contributions made the speech possible. Raja Ajit Singh of Khetri, Maharaj of Mysore, the Nizam of Hyderabad and other selfless Indians made this trip possible through their generous contributions.
126 years later, another monk from the same Ramakrishna Order, Swami Supradiptananda, is set to visit Finland for a week long educational program. This can be a wonderful opportunity to not just learn about world class educational practices but also introduce Swami Vivekananda's Ideas on Education in Finland.
What can happen with your contribution?
Swami Supradiptananda, who serves as the Principal of Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir in Gwalior, will be able to bring world-class educational practices from around the world at the school in Gwalior where students, primarily from low-income families, study.
