College Tuition Fundraising

My friend name is Hipshibah Rani(Chumki Kuanr) She has completed her GNM Nursing in February 2021 in SLES Vikram College, Chintamani, Kolar, Bangalore.

Due to financial issues she couldn't pay the total fee(Due 1,50,000/-) and she didn't get her certificate. Unless she gets a certificate she cannot get a job in any hospital.

I have attached her 3rd year Hall ticket since the college has not given any notice regarding the fee in default
