Fighter Prostate Cancer, and Kidney problems

Hi My name is Clifford Roy Francis Smith and I am raising funds for my surgery .

I have been fighting Prostate cancer, Heart Problem, One Kidney is not functioning properly due to nephrosis. I was diagnosed with Cancer in May 2015 and on 25th December 2015 I suffered 2 Major heart attacks and underwent Angioplasty with 2 stents in my heart.

Right now I am in a critical stage with absolutely no passage of urine. As the prostate cancer with enlarged prostate is causing severe compression on urethra hence inability to pass urine. And currently doing self catheterization to empty urinary bladder. Latest reports show that the cancer has spread to lymph nodes , colon, and rectal walls. Due to my critical situation the doctor has advised immediate surgery for both cancer and urology complaints.

Because of the agonizing pain and physical disposition, im not able to work and pay for these medical surgeries. I do not have any finance as I am unable to work and my wife is not able to work due to our young children who have disabilities as she has to take care of them. 

I would be most grateful to any and all who come to my aid in this solemn hour of need. I have been suffering for 4 years and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Surgery is my only hope at getting better and living a normal life. I need a immediate surgery for both cancer and urology complaints. urgently. The surgery is 600000.
