Funding for film

My name is Govind kumar and i'm proffesional actor, First let me give me little info about myself, I was born in bihar, I did my schooling (L.s High school) College ( L. N. M. U Darbhanga ,bihar) I have acted in theater for 5 years currently i am doing short film project Name saba .We are a group of independent filmmaker where there is an actor, a director, an editor, a cinematographer and a sound engineer...we all believe in storytelling, The story that is most personal to us socially, politically and economically. We are going to make a film where we need financial support.

 STORY LINE :-The story of Saba's character the protaganist of this film, Saba, who is a theater teacher who has been divorced from her husband. Saba is still happy with this decision because her belief about independent life is strong...Saba and is her friend Neha. Living together in Mumbai city...The film moves ahead and one day Saba meets a young boy Amit at Neha's birthday party..Amit who is a telecaller and is frustrated with his job and is practical in his life. He is of the opinion that people should not celebrate their birthdays because it is sad that we aged … From this day, Saba and Amit become friends and they fix their first date… The film now focuses on these two. Moves through and explores the survival of urban life, loneliness and human and social realationships. climax remains with us with a hopeless ending

What has our team done before this project- Our group has earlier made an Odia short film called Bishaad brutta which means circle of sorrow...the trailer of the film is on youtube whose link I am giving you also I provied the IMDB profile.. .and the film is currently in the festival.

 Utilization of the funds :-

  However, except the lead role and the group, we will need money everywhere else, from the production of the film to the post production, we will have to pay for example camera rent, lens rent, location rent, sound mixing, colors, poster design, film submission fees etc. This film requires attention to all the elements and technicalities of the equipment used, including reaching out to its audience at the national level and in cine circles. All the members of my team are looking for success in the cinema industry on the basis of their respective talents.

 Why We will submitting this film in film festival-

A short recap of what has happened so far- 

We wrote the script of the film, cast everyone, finalized the location and then made the budget which came to around Rs 85 k. Then we contacted some producers, they liked the story but later they ingnored replying to calls and messages. Then we Finally decided that we should use crowd funding.
