I ARIJEET CHAKRABORTY  IS  AN  NGO MEMBER OF "GOPALI WELFARE SOCIETY".

I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO YOU TO SEEK FINANCIAL DONATION FOR SUPPORTING  POOR CHILDREN AND WOMEN.

WE RUN THIS NGO FOR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED PEOPLE (CHILDREN AND WOMEN) WITH THE HELP OF DONATIONS AND OTHER HELP THAT WE RECEIVE FROM VARIOUS SOURCES. PRESENTLY I AM  RAISING FUND FOR  BUYING UNIFORMS,TEXT BOOK, SOME SEWING MACHINE FOR WOMEN,COMPUTERS,AND CONSTRUCTION OF OUR SCHOOL FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED PEOPLE.

WE BELIEVE THAT EDUCATION SHOULD BE THE BASIC RIGHT OF EVERY CHILD,AND WE ARE MAKING OUR SHARE OF EFFORTS TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE, BUT WE ALWAYS HAVE TO SEEK SUPPORT FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU AS WE ARE A NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION

 WE ARE APPEALING YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS NOBLE CAUSE .YOU CAN DONATE ANY AMOUNT THAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT FOR THIS CAUSE.THIS SMALL ACTION OF YURS IS HUGELY BENEFICIAL TO THE POOR CHILDREN AND WOMEN AROUND YOU.

WE HOLD MANY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES ROUND THE YEAR SO THAT WE CAN KEEP THE CHILDREN IN THE FUTURE CONTINOUSLY.

In 2008 GYWS’s very own school JagritiVidyaMandir (JVM), started at a govt. high school premises and Now we have our own school in Gopali area, which is a fully functional school in which we have more than 230 students studying with teachers hired for overall development of deprived ones.

Unlike many other NGOs, GYWS is not dedicated to any one particular cause and our welfare schemes covers wide range of issues from free education to social awareness campaigns, vocational training to child labour issues, health camps to women employment. GYWS explores all the possible territories of aiding the underprivileged.

We work hard to bring together all the underprivileged sections of society and enable them to establish a sustainable society where each person will have the potential to dream big as well as have the chances of fulfilling his dreams.

Through its programmes of free education, social awareness campaigns and vocational training, GYWS has seen many lives changed for the better.

Skill Development

The vision of Skill Development is to fulfil need of skilled manpower across Gopali village by tailoring coaching and basic computer training.

Cloth Donation

An annual program for cloth donation to underprivileged peoples. Many students of IIT Kharagpur discard off these clothes. We collect these clothes and distribute among the peoples below poverty level.

Greenovation

The motto is to educate and help local farmers in adopting modern sustainable farming techniques. These techniques help farmers to increase their earnings from agricultural practices.
