Help us provide dry ration to the maximum number of needy people

Our community is facing for a deadly disease like coronavirus and lockdown is the one big option for the state, it is a great means for social distancing which is our only way to prevent COVID 19 as of no medicine present till date. 

But this social distancing gets its toll on the lives which depend on the public to earn for the bread and cries for restlessness. The craving for a one-time meal makes them go beyond taking a risk and this risk is not just one person. 

Facts suggest that one person can infect 400 other people. To the Indian population and I must say this pandemic is not meant for the countries like us. We cannot test each and every person. 

Lucknow has the population of 28lakh and if we get into maths; if we conduct 1000 tests a day it will take us Two Thousand Eight Hundred days and waiting for this long time we will lose many lives.

We, herein Hoot Welfare Society, in this hour of crisis, took a resolution that we'll help every poor and needy and will not try to let anyone sleep hungry and thirsty even in the weakest part of Lucknow, with all proper precautions. We try to teach others of COVID 19 at time of distribution also try to take their emotional stress.

We are providing Raw food material to the needy; daily to rickshaw pullers, beggars and mostly on all emergency calls. We are successful as daily we feed 300 people and provide ration to 10-15 families. In our initiative ‘leave no one behind’ we cover indigent or old aged people who need medicines or emergency help at home. We are also Feeding hundreds of stray dogs, cows, and some monkeys here in Lucknow.

We have been working day and night. But we have exhausted all our options for funds.
