I have a full scholarship-Need INR 4500 to pay my application fee to HKU

I have been offered a full Scholarship by Government Of India under Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarships Committee which will cover my full cost including visa, tickets, accommodation, tuition etc. for studying at a top university abroad. I have scored 99.60% in class 12th CBSE exam and I can easily be admitted at HKU. But I need HKD450 to pay my application fee to HKU.
