World For All's feeding and rescue & treatment program for homeless needy animals
* Feeding Program
Homeless street animals who feed thanks to the courtesy of animal loving feeders, extras from meat and poultry shops, waste from restaurants, food stalls, catering services, public dustbins etc have been badly affected due to the lockdown and are starving.
Additionally to help the needy street animals during these extremely miserable time, 'World For All' has started a feeding program for 500 animals that are starving on the streets in our area, for this we need financial support.
Everyday our van and rescue team goes out to feed these animals.
We have 170 + ailing animals in our in-house facilities and they are not yet in a condition to be released. These animals need to be well fed, medicated and critically cared for.
We have 200 plus animals like dogs, cats, donkeys, ponies and pigs at 'The Probably Paradise Shelter' in Karjat to feed and our resources are running short.
Rescue and treatment
At WFA, we are constantly treating sick and injured stray animals reported on our helpline reported to us or brought in to the centre by our rescue team. These include road traffic accidents, poisonings, critical wounds, and cruelty cases – which are given top priority. Animals brought in or picked up by us also include cases with distemper, parvovirus, sarcoptic and demodectic mange, canine transmissible tumors (TVT), infected wounds, fractures, and skin diseases.
Despite the amazing efforts already being taken by WFA, we have to do more, because there is so much left to do. Your kind contribution today will help save thousands of animals from neglect and abuse.
