My name is J Ram Manoj Prabhakar and I am raising funds for my two-month old son, B/O Manasa who is suffering from Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and is undergoing treatment at Ankura Institute of Medical Sciences Private Limited, Vijayawada .
