My Father Is Suffering From Pulmonary fibrosis. We Need Your Help To Provide For His Treatment

My name is Vinnie Verma and I am raising funds for my father, Dheeraj Verma who is suffering from Pulmonary fibrosis and is undergoing treatment at Max Hospital Saket, Delhi. My father has been in the ICU for the past one month in Mata chanan devi. He tested positive for covid on 21st April, and got critical within ten days. With oxygen dropping below 50 and increasing lung infections. He has been on non-invasive ventilator for the past one month and on 1st june he was shifted on ventilator. With the difficulty in medical treatments and continuous health degradation we had to shift him to the current Max hospital. Since all the family members tested positive for covid, and four elders with moderate CT scans results, the savings have been spent rigorously in order to survive these harsh times. The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but Rs.2200000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses.

Dheeraj Verma is an internationally renowned first Indian comic book artist/creator. He is often credited with being the first Indian to enter the US comics industry. Some of his famous books are Transformers: Robots in Disguise, escape of the living dead. And he's profoundly known for his character "bheriya" in raj comics.

Nonetheless he is a national treasure and should continue to bring such proud moments for us. But in these tough times, please help us through. He is fighting for his life for the past few days and did manage to get out of the mouth of danger with covid. But covid has damaged his lungs and we need better treatment to save this precious life.
