My Son Is Suffering From Thalassemia major. We Need Your Help To Provide For His Treatment

Every parent wishes to see their child's first steps, hear their first words, and witness the countless milestones that follow. But for some of us, these dreams are overshadowed by the harsh reality of medical conditions. My name is Vishwanatha H G, and I am seeking help to save my son from the clutches of thalassemia major.

Nishchay Yashasvi, my 1.5-year-old radiant son, has been diagnosed with thalassemia major. This diagnosis is a dark cloud that looms over our lives, threatening to snatch away the laughter, joy, and future of our little angel.

Every parent's nightmare is watching their child suffer, and the agony is intensified when one feels helpless due to financial constraints. I am the sole breadwinner of our family of three, and the medical expenses to give Nishchay a fighting chance are beyond our humble means. Doctors have now advised an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant, which is the only hope to save his life and give him a chance to live a healthy childhood. The treatment cost is estimated to be around Rs. 40 lakhs, and this covers donor evaluation, the transplant itself, special kits to make the transplant safe, and critical post-transplant care for 2-3 months. The hospital's cost estimate is only valid for 6 months from Jan 2026, so time matters.

Nishchay, with his innocent eyes and tender smile, doesn't fully comprehend the gravity of what he's going through. All he knows is the pain of needles, the cold hospital beds, and our arms of love. As his father, I dream of a day when he is no longer defined by his disease but can run freely, enjoy life, chase his dreams, and paint his life with the brightest colors.

Our family has already drained all our savings, and every day is a battle against both the disease and mounting medical bills. We've pooled all our resources and savings and sold all we could, but we're still far from reaching the required amount (Rs. 25,00,000). I have nothing more to spare to raise the amount for his bone marrow transplant. That is why I am requesting your help in my fight to save Nishchay from Thalassemia Major.
