My name is Sandeep Choudhary and I am raising funds for my cousin, Deepak Rai who is suffering from Cardiac failure and is undergoing treatment at PGI Hospital, Chandigarh for Heart Transplant. Deepak lives in Bathinda Punjab with his parents &spouse and 10 months Daughter in one room on rent. He is employee in Aye finance company and they did not support him they are asking for resign eve that they did not provide insurance to employees, Deepak parents working in temple as a helpers in kitchen.
