My name is Sireesha Chukka and I am raising funds for my friend's father, Neelam Raju who is suffering from Left parietal AVM(sm grade-4) and is undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad,Jubilee hills. The family has done all and successfully collected Rs.800000 for one surgery but the condition is serious and for one more surgery Rs.800000 is needed.

I've attached bills and discharge summary of first surgery and will upload estimation of second surgery as soon as it's provided to me by doctor.
