Help me Raise Fund for My PhD at Cambridge

My name is Thenmozhi and I'm an student from India, and I got accepted into University of Cambridge and University College London for PhD program. I have received my offer letter yesterday and the fee for international students is roughly around 30000(fees) pounds plus 13000(living expense) pounds.

I hail from Chennai, India and currently my field of research is Photonic Quantum Computing. I did my Bachelor's degree at College of Engineering, Guindy. Anna University and now I work as a student researcher at University of Vienna. I got accepted in a Photonics and Electronics Program at University College London and University of Cambridge, the program website: https://www.ceps-cdt.org/join

I would really appreciate as this is only option I have for my research. if anyone could help me in raising this amount! Please, Could you help me with this?
