Prakash, The Only Breadwinner Of His Family, Is Critical After Meeting A Fatal Accident; Please Help

Hi Everyone,

My name Ankur Upadhyay from Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

I have created this campaign to let you all know that Mr. Prakash Upadhyay is in dire and urgent need of funds.

He met with an accident on 23rd October at Palsana, NH6 and since then he is admitted in Kiran Hospital. He being the only bread earner, his family cannot afford the cost for the treatment. As per the doctors sayings, his health condition is getting severe day by day and have suggested to continue the treatment further. 

They don't have funds to pay for the hospital expenses, and hardly managed money for buying medicines from close relatives. 

All the money collected on this campaign would be used for Prakash Ji's hospital and medical expenses only.
