Save Sarkars Kitchen, your favorite Bengali restaurant in Hyderabad

Sarkar's Kitchen is an extension of myself. A village girl disowned by her parents and adopted by a Bengali doctor's family. Life has never been easy. 

As a child I always dreamt of feeding people and my love for cooking has pushed me to follow and achieve my dream. 

Sakar's Kitchen opened in 2016 from a 1 bhk apartment, it went on to become the best Bengali restaurant in Hyderabad . I went from working out of a small apartment to managing a 120 seating restaurant. We also opened an outlet in of one of India's biggest malls, we were on the path to success. 

However, I had personal setback and got diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2018. I fought for one and half years and defeated it . It did have a financial impact but we were recovering from it when Covid came and destroyed everything. 

We managed to sail through the 1st wave by closing the 120 seater restaurant and had to layoff few of our staff . Things were beginning to shape up in October last year and we also extended our business in the food court of the same mall. But then the 2nd wave put the final nail in the coffin. I suffered both personal and business loss. Lost my father on 13th May, 2021, the person I loved the most and he was the backbone of Sarkar's Kitchen and the lockdown made me close the 2nd outlet in the food court of the Sarath Mall and main restaurant stopped operating temporarily. 

My father's hospital expenses came to 12 lakhs and the current business loss has pushed me to financial debt, which is why I am reaching out to you for financial support . This is required to help me keep Sarkar's Kitchen, my dream, alive and up and running. 

Whatever I have achieved till date is only because of the love and support that I have received from my loyal customers, well wishers and friends. I will not let them down and will continue to serve them with the best Bengali food.
