Help me train slum women as professional Gardener

Women is a vulnerable community irrespective of the socio-economical class they belong to since ages. Either be it an education, be it livelihood, be it health or be it their freedom to take decisions, they keep themselves always behind. So with the idea to help women who lives their life of legacy here in and around Gurgaon Slums by working as daily wager or as low income maids to provide them a training of professional gardener. Total of 100 women between age of 18 to 35 years will be trained for the same and then supporting them for the placement in first phase. They will be provided with primary tool kit of Gardening initially. The reason being here in Gurgaon/Haryana there are always a demand of Professionally trained Gardeners and there is always a difficulty in getting trained gardeners(Malis) and thus creating an opportunity for mainstreaming women by creating livelihood opportunity which would enable them to earn more.

I am Neeta Menon, who wants to support this cause taken up by School of Life Foundation. I will be helping fpr implementing this project successfully. 

School of Life Foundation is registered as a trust under Indian trust Act in 2015. This is based out of Gurgaon. SoL works with key focus on Women Empowerment. Child Sexual Abuse and Menstrual Hygiene. It targets all the stake holders who directly or indirectly are responsible for children and women safety.

An average cost per woman is INR 2500. Which involves training , an exposure, a kit and administration cost in their placement.
