I have been closely involved with U&I’s Teach program, dedicated to transforming lives through education and mentorship. Our impactful work includes personalized tutoring, building libraries, counseling, and career readiness for children from underserved communities across 40 cities. It's not just about academics; it's a comprehensive approach to learning.

What makes it even more remarkable is that you can hear about the impact directly from me! I have personally witnessed positive changes in the lives of these children, and it's truly inspiring.

U&I is the heartbeat of a volunteer-run village, where over 2500 individuals, like me, invest their time to make a difference in the lives of children from under-served communities. This initiative has been going strong for 12 years, empowering passionate change-makers to teach and mentor these kids.

For over a decade, our volunteer-driven approach ensures that every contribution directly impacts those in need, creating a lasting positive effect.
2. Transparent Financial Practices: Besides regularly published audited financial statements, U&I makes available a live view of our accounts with a clear breakdown of how funds are utilized, demonstrating accountability and transparency.
3. Accreditation and Recognition: U&I has earned recognition for financial transparency, holding certifications from reputable organizations such as GuideStar, CAF India, Give India and CAF America. U&I is also a certified Great Place to Work.
4. Tax Claim under Section 80G: U&I provides additional value to donors through tax claims under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
