During my pregnancy, each day overflowed with love, laughter, and precious moments. My elder son eagerly anticipated becoming a big brother, asking me daily about the baby's arrival.

Although my husband works as a laborer, he went above and beyond to provide for us, working tirelessly to ensure we didn't miss out on anything. The thought of our family of four filled us with warmth and hope for a brighter future.

However, little did we know that fate had a different path in store for us, and our lives were about to take an unexpected turn.

I clearly remember the moment when Anishwar was born.

As the doctor held him, her expression turned blank, and a hush fell over the room. After a few seconds, she smiled and announced, "You have a boy."

However, deep down, I sensed something was wrong, so I couldn't bring myself to react.

An hour later, after the delivery was over and I was taken back to the room, my husband entered with the other doctors. The silence among them and his sombre face confirmed my fears that there was distressing news to share.

"Your baby has a bulge on his nose that needs to be surgically removed after he turns six months old. If left untreated, it could lead to blindness and brain complications.

Please don't be frightened, as it is a treatable condition and the surgery will help him live a normal life," I still remember the doctor's words as she tried to reassure me, but the fear lingered.

Those six months were the most challenging for our family. My husband and I constantly discussed Anishwar’s treatment and future. My elder son longed to play with his baby brother, but we had to be cautious and ensure he didn't touch his face.

I spent countless sleepless nights worrying about my precious child’s future. However, we were determined to do whatever it takes to save our beloved Anishwar.

After six months, we visited a hospital in Raipur where the doctor recommended an MRI. However, the cost was too high for us to afford, so we had to return home to Ambikapur.

It was a harsh reality check, as we realized that our poverty would be a major obstacle in saving our son's health and future.

Meanwhile, I tried various home remedies to ease his discomfort, which provided temporary relief in the beginning. But as time passed, his nose continued to grow bigger, causing him more pain and struggles.

Now, at the age of two, the bulge on his nose has grown abnormally large, amplifying his crying and suffering. We had no choice but to visit the hospital again.

"The only option to save your son is immediate surgery.

The cost is INR 7,09,300.00 and with every passing second, we are losing precious time. Delaying further could result in complete blindness."

My husband's monthly earnings are only ₹5000. The treatment cost is beyond our means and it would take us years to collect the amount on our own.

Our savings have been exhausted on his biweekly hospital visits for checkups, and have borrowed from family and friends as well. Now, we have no options left.

That's why I am reaching out to you, asking for your help. Please donate to save my child. He has been suffering since birth and has never experienced a life free from pain.
